A nurse coach, teaches clients how to set health-related goals and give them the tools, guidance, and encouragement they need to reach them. Nurse Coaches utilize their training and expertise, along with alternative modalities to empower their clients and help them achieve their goals.

Hi I’m Angela

My passion in life is connecting with people on a deeper level. My purpose as a Board Certified Nurse Coach (NC-BC) is to meet each individual where they are so I can help facilitate their goal(s) to their life’s purpose and values from the inside-out. I guide clients to find their inner peace through the rediscovery of self-love and inner healing.

  • Practice Self Compassion

    You’re not broken. It’s hard to heal if you’re beating yourself up all the time. Studies have shown that those who practice self-compassion show greater increases in well-being than those who didn’t. How do you practice your own self-compassion?

  • Get Support

    Don't do it alone. Science shows that we heal faster and better together. You might feel like going into hiding until you are “done” healing is the best choice, but the reality is, you don’t have to do anything alone.

  • Mindfulness

    When we are attempting to heal from something, it can be very easy to get pulled back into past events or to worry about what the future will be like if we don’t heal. Mindfulness practices can help you be in the present moment and see that, in that moment, you are where you are supposed to be.

  • Give Gratitude

    Yes, that’s right, thank yourself! Despite the emotional pain you’ve experienced that’s leading you on this emotional healing journey, you have made it this far. Be grateful for the journey you have experienced leading up to your healing.
